All Items are made to order. My printing service, Prodigi, handles printing returns primarily in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items, with strict rules for cancellations and returns due to the bespoke nature of custom print-on-demand products.

Return Eligibility and Cancellations:

• Prodigi print-on-demand items are tailor-made and personalized, so customers cannot return orders due to change of mind or unwanted items once received. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective

Refunds:

• Refunds are decided upon a case by case basis. If there are any issues after receiving your product, contact me by email with your order number as the subject.
